The World INSTITUTE for SECURITY ENHANCEMENT FOUNDATION is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that provides Homeland Security Education and Consultation, for the Protection of the Nations Critical Infrastructure, in a wide variety of disciplines to Private Industry and Government Agencies. The Institute with headquarters in Santa Monica, California, USA; focuses on specialized training, promotes Life Safety and National Security issues, provides Research and Development and serves as a "Think Tank". Important areas of concentration also include Homeland Security, Information Technologies, Telecommunications, Investigations, and Loss Prevention.
Training is also offered internationally at sites designated by clients and at Security Conferences. Programs are conducted by experts in their fields from across the United States and throughout the World.

The Institute serves as a Homeland Security training school and has appointed a Board of Advisors, with a National and International reputation, to provide guidance and enhance the Faculty. Members of the Board include individuals with a wide range of Academic, Technical, and Practical experience in the World of Training, Operations, Design, Research, Management and Implementation of Life Safety & Homeland Security.
